The Bécot Studio and I have renovated an apartment in Nîmes. "In its original state" but with a lot of potential, we changed all the floors, repainted the walls, removed and installed a kitchen as well as a shower room. This apartment, intended for rental, will be much better received by tenants. The renovation, combined with the abundant natural light and high ceilings, makes this space a pleasant living area.
